You’ll partner with operations teams to identify reliability issues, automate fixes, enhance observability, and accelerate service recovery-working across both modern and legacy technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Develop automation and observability solutions for data protection systems.

Improve alerting, monitoring, and service recovery capabilities.

Work closely with global operations teams to resolve pain points.

Troubleshoot complex issues beyond standard documentation.

Translate ambiguous technical requirements into clear engineering outcomes.
Required Skills

Strong Python (incl. PyKit); bonus: Perl, PowerShell
