About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with Perl expertise to join our team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure and automation pipelines, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient application deployment across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Chef.
- Write and maintain Perl scripts for automation, monitoring, and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to optimize deployment and release processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues across infrastructure layers.
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability in development, staging, and production.
- Contribute to process improvements and the adoption of DevOps best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven professional experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Strong expertise in Perl scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD.
- Proficiency in Chef for configuration management.
- Solid knowledge of Terraform for IaC.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Proficient in Git and version control best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
