About the Role
The position seeks a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join the Berlin-based team, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements. This role focuses on building modern, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces for social media and analytics products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape next-generation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain engaging, user-friendly interfaces for analytics and social media platforms
- Modernize existing applications by transitioning them to unified frameworks and technologies
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and client success teams to transform ideas into working prototypes and production-ready solutions
- Partner with backend developers to deliver large-scale applications, including SocialFlow and trib.al services, handling billions of interactions monthly
- Support and mentor junior developers to strengthen overall team capabilities
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in frontend development
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with React
- Proven expertise in TypeScript for production environments
- Experience integrating and working with backend APIs in languages such as Node.js, Ruby, Python, Perl, or Go
- Proficiency in managing heterogeneous tech stacks and unifying solutions into streamlined architectures
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers
- Proficiency with cloud-based development tools
- Strong eye for design and passion for delivering elegant, user-centric interfaces
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Postgres and Redis
- Experience with backend development, particularly in Python
- Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, Kinesis, and Lambda
- Previous work experience in multinational, distributed teams
