Role Overview:
You will join a team of 7 focused on tooling and automation within a network-heavy data center environment. Your main task is to design, develop, and maintain automation and orchestration tools in an Agile setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Backend development using Python and the Django framework

Integrate REST APIs and parse data formats such as JSON, XML, and YAML

Work with PostgreSQL databases through Django
-
Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives

Collaborate with Network and Security teams to gather business requirements

Help define robust automation architectures

Conduct testing, monitor tool performance, and document developed solutions
Profile:

Strong experience with Python and Django development
-
Proficient with REST API calls and data formats (JSON, XML, YAML)

Good knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar databases
-
Familiar with DevOps tools: GitLab, CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes

Experience with scripting (Bash, Perl) and automation tools like Ansible

Basic web development skills (PHP MVC, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap)

Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, VLAN, VXLAN, routing, load balancing

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud)

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)

Detail-oriented, analytical, autonomous, and a strong team player
