About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join our enterprise-wide support team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SDLC tools across the organization. In this highly visible role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams (Product, QA, Ops, Dev, PMs) to drive scalable, secure platform solutions supporting our fast-paced, data-rich environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts (Perl, Python, JavaScript) to streamline operations
  • Support and enhance MySQL/SQL-based applications ensuring data integrity and performance
  • Administer and optimize Linux systems, Java services, and Apache servers
  • Build, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, JFrog, Maven)
  • Support and manage cloud infrastructure and services
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices across development and operations
  • Use monitoring and network troubleshooting tools for proactive issue resolution
  • Provide technical support and incident response during U.S. Eastern Time hours

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Perl, Python, or JavaScript)
  • Experience with MySQL, MS SQL, and Linux systems
  • Skilled in CI/CD tools (GitHub, JFrog, Maven) and cloud environments
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting and open-source software deployment
  • Strong security awareness in SDLC environments
  • GitHub contributions or open-source involvement a plus
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and solutions-driven
