About the Role
Atruvia is looking for a System Engineer (m/f/d) to support and manage banking applications within the Content Management Systems (CMS) domain. The role sits within the OMCCIA team and covers the full application lifecycle—from infrastructure planning and deployment to day-to-day operations and troubleshooting. Applicants must be based in Germany and possess strong Linux skills, along with hands-on experience in scripting languages like Perl, Python, and Bash. The position involves working in a cross-functional agile team with room for innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CMS-related applications for banking clients
- Participate in the full change process from planning through deployment
- Design and enhance infrastructure solutions in coordination with the team
- Conduct system adjustments, application management, and root cause analysis
- Collaborate across departments and locations in a virtual team environment
- Support agile team practices and contribute to system development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of hands-on experience in system operations or engineering
- Strong knowledge of Linux environments
- Proficient in scripting: Perl, Python, and Bash
- Self-driven, responsible, and team-oriented working style
- Fluent in German and conversational English
- Willingness to contribute in an agile and cross-functional setting
